The roots of the whole group can be found in sales and marketing of real estate. The group's founder, Dr. Günter H. Hober, established his first company in 1972 as a real estate broker.

Still today our core competence is sales - for our own projects as well as for our partners. We are also happy to take on exclusive marketing contracts for the initiators of other individual development projects and to bring together purchasers and investors.

In Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy we can draw on our own sales-force. We combine the capabilities of our highly competent team with our world-wide network. Only brokers who have a leading market share, meet strict standards of service excellence, and demonstrate proven records of success in handling distinctive properties can become affiliated brokers. Through an exclusive system of advertising, marketing, and listing tools, the Hober Group provides access to a worldwide audience.

In addition to our activities as agents, our services also comprise after-sales-services, accounting and billing, or payment trust.

We focus on whole projects and resorts, but we do not offer single properties.
